Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the DnDice Roller application ("App") developed by yanclogic ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the App.

2. License and Usage

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or networks
• Remove any proprietary notices or labels on the App

3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The App offers optional subscription plans ("Premium Membership") that provide additional features:

• Monthly Premium: $0.99 USD / Month - Billed monthly, auto-renews until cancelled
• Yearly Premium: $9.99 USD / Year - Billed annually, auto-renews until cancelled

Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription. After the free trial ends, your subscription will automatically renew at the applicable subscription price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period.

Payment and Billing

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store or Google Play after purchase

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods. To cancel:

• iOS: Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > DnDice Roller > Cancel Subscription
• Android: Go to Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions > DnDice Roller > Cancel

4. User Content

The App stores your game data (dice collection, coins, preferences) locally on your device and optionally syncs to cloud services (Google Play Games or Game Center). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

5. Advertisements

The free version of the App displays advertisements provided by third-party ad networks including Google AdMob. Premium subscribers enjoy an ad-free experience.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YANCLOGIC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
